Tottenham Hotspur is set to miss the services of striker Harry Kane in their preseason training.
The Daily Mail reports that the England captain must quarantine for 14 days after spending his holiday in the Bahamas with his family.
Kane must quarantine due to COVID-19 protocols in the UK. The Bahamas was not initially on the UK’s list of quarantine arrival locations but has now been added.
Spurs players returned to pre-season training towards the end of last week but Kane is still to rejoin his team-mates as he finishes his period of self-isolation.
Kane is expected to return to the club’s Enfield HQ at some point next week with the Jose Mourinho side set to start their preparations with a game against Ipswich on Saturday.
