Manchester United has produced three players in the 2019/20 Premier League Young Player of the Season nominees.
United has Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood and Anthony Martial among the eight players nominated for the award this coming after they combined to 44 league goals between them during the 2019/20 campaign to help United to third place in the table.
Another United player in the list is goalkeeper Dean Henderson who spent the 2019/20 campaign with Sheffield United. The 23-year-old recorded 13 clean sheets – the third-highest in the league – in 36 games to help the Blades to a ninth-place finish.
Others in the list include Chelsea FC duo of Mason Mount and Christian Pulisic who helped their side to a Champions League finish with Trent Alexander-Arnold being the only nominated Liverpool player.
Trent who played in every one of Liverpool’s games on their march to the title chipped in with four goals and 13 assists and is the favourite to win the award.
Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish who played a key role as they avoided relegation completes the list.
